via email, phone or booking form and we will discuss what you require and book in a suitable time.

Courtesy call
with the vendor/landlord/
tenant to discuss the upcoming photoshoot. I will provide a checklist and helpful hints on how to best present the property for advertising.
03.
Picture time
I will be on-site 5 minutes early and ready to capture exceptional photos of the home. How much time I take depends on what we are doing, but on average allocate 1-1.5hrs
04.
Delivering photos
Edited photos will be made available to you via an email link. You will be able to view and download the images in the album.
You will receive all marketing materials within 24hrs of the shoot, most of the time sooner.
FAQ
What do you, as a real estate photographer, do differently ?
Photography is not a job to me, it is a passion that has lasted a lifetime. You will always get your traditional marketing shots, but when the property calls for it, you will see my artistic flare shine through in the images, making them more enticing to the emotive buyers.
How do I make sure the property is ready to photograph?
I have written an informative blog article on how best to prepare a home for sale or rent. This can be forwarded on to the vendor and/or tenant so they know what to expect.
What if the property isn't ready when I arrive?
I am a photographer, but a part of that is I am also a photo stylist, I know immediately if there are items that need to be removed, straightened, plumped or preened.
Photoshopping elements is always a possibility, and we can generally find a solution to any issue.
What areas do you service?
I travel throughout the Hawkesbury and Hills areas, however if I have availability I can service areas outside of this, which will incur a small travel fee.
How long will the shoot take?
This depends entirely on the package booked in, and also if the home is vacant, styled or tenanted.
If you would like an approximate time, I can provide that when booking in photography.
It is up to you as the agent whether or not you would like to stick around for a shoot, I always welcome input from the selling agent. If you're happy for me to go about and do my thing, I don't expect you to hang around.
When will I receive my photos?
Expect all marketing materials to come back within 24hrs, often sooner!
